In 2000, YouthLaunch received the first of five grants from the Governor's Criminal Justice Division to develop resources and materials to support Big Brothers Big Sisters' Teen Big programs. The Dell Foundation added their generous support in 2004 and made it possible for YouthLaunch to complete a full set of Teen Big resources. These resources are available to select BBBS agencies:
- Teen Big Initiative Manual, a comprehensive guide for BBBS agencies on how to effectively train and manage Teen Bigs
- The Next Big Thing, a handbook that helps Teen Bigs understand their important jobs as role models
- The Next Big Thing Online Training, a fun, interactive online training for Teen Bigs
- just4BIGS.com, a Web site designed to prepare teens to become effective Teen Bigs
