YouthLaunch Fiscal Management and Oversight

YouthLaunch is run with sound financial management policies and procedures and strong fiscal oversight in order to be good stewards of the resources entrusted to us.

  • Separation of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management duties among executive positions
  • YouthLaunch contracts an Independent Auditor to complete an annual audit of financial statements (available on our website below).

  • YouthLaunch contracts an Independent Accountant to conduct quarterly reconciliation of financial statements. The Accountant also completes all fiscal year-end transactions and completes our annual 990 tax return (available upon request).

  • Compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Office of Management and Budget (Circular No. A133)

  • Third party programmatic and financial monitoring visits from funders who routinely audit allocation of funds
