Girls Now Conference

YouthLaunch's No Kidding program is presenting on a panel in the upcoming Girls Now! Conference. GENaustin's Girls Now! Conference is a one day event which explores the issues of Bullying, Body Image, & Being a Girl.

Created just for girls (5th - 12th graders), with programming for parents, educators and social workers.

Dynamic, interactive workshops focused on issues such as cyber bullying, self-image, dating, diversity, media literacy, parent-daughter relationships and physical health and wellness.

A one-day event devoted to connecting girls and adults who have questions with resources and experts who have answers.

Key Note Speaker: Alexis Jones - "Survivor" Reality Star and Founder of "i am that girl"

Honorary Chair, Texas First Lady Anita Perry.

iChoose Teen Summit

For the second year, No Kidding is participating in the iChoose Teen Summit, focused on educating and empowering young people to prevent unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.

The No Kidding peer educators attended a kick off event at Bedicheck Ropes Course where they participated in team building activities and were challenged on the low and high ropes course. This event is a great way to start the year off right and bring the team together.
