Aaliyah Noble began her career at YouthLaunch as a No Kidding Peer Educator. Becoming a parent at the age of 20 motivated her to ensure that the youth of her community have the support they need to make healthy and informed choices for themselves.

Aaliyah has worked with youth in both professional and volunteer capacities. She worked for Extend-a-Care and 21st Century as a youth Group Leader, and has volunteered reading books to children at a local art store. As an AmeriCorps member with the ACEE program, she worked as a kindergarten literacy tutor and mentor to several 5th grade girls. Being an AmeriCorps member instilled a passion for community building, and it is this passion, combined with her experience and dedication to youth, that make Aaliyah an invaluable addition to the YouthLaunch team.

She works closely with the No Kidding Peer Educators by assisting with trainings and evaluation, but her primary focus is overseeing an AmeriCorps planning grant.

Aaliyah is an active member of her community and believes that when our youth are empowered, our futures are brighter.
