Kelly joined YouthLaunch as an Americorps VISTA in February 2008. She will be focusing on infrastructure development and capacity building for the Urban Roots program. Kelly holds a law degree from UT with a focus on public interest law. She has worked with various non-profit organizations such as Legal Aid Services of Oregon in the migrant farmworker division, The Pro Bono Institute in Washington D.C., and the ACLU's Prison and Jail Accountability Project in Austin. Social justice and community service are values that are extremely important to her, both professionally and personally.
