Ellen joined YouthLaunch in March 2008 as the Replication Specialist for the No Kidding Program. She brings with her a variety of professional experiences working with young people. Prior to joining YouthLaunch, Ellen worked as a project coordinator in the education department at Planned Parenthood of New Mexico, taught English to middle school students, and was a mentor for young educators with Breakthrough Santa Fe. Ellen received a BFA in creative writing from Emerson College in Boston.
